
| Mrs. Dorethea N. Horbuckle, National President 1991-1995 Mrs. Dorethea N. Hornbuckle joined Psi Chapter in 1974. Mrs. Hornbuckle served as Psi Chapter President and the Southwestern Regional Treasurer. She also served as 1st and 2nd Vice President and President-Elect on the National level. In 1991, Mrs. Hornbuckle became our 16th National President. During her term as National President, changes were initiated that included the IOTA BOUTIQUE, the first national initiative to increase membership, a new member packet, a new convention format and a Headquarters Office. A gracious and elegant President, Mrs. Dorethea N. Hornbuckle worked tirelessly and diligently to promote the aims and ideals of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority. She was committed to the Omega Chapter in May 2004. |

| Mrs. Lillian F. Parker, National President 1999-2003 Mrs. Lillian F. Parker joined Beta Delta Chapter in 1972. 1975, Mrs. Parker along with nine other women chartered Alpha Kappa Chapter. Mrs. Parker served as Alpha Kappa Regional Director, Vice President and President-Elect on the National level. At the 70th Anniversary National Convention, Mrs. Parker became our 18th National President. Her administration was known for the technological advances of the Sorority. Mrs. Parker brought the Sorority into the 21st Century with technology. She encouraged each Region and Chapter to develop websites to promote effective communication. Some of her accomplishments include publishing the National Call to Convention on the National website, linking Regional and Local websites to the National website, publishing Regional Conference registration forms on the web, and computerizing Iota's forms and documents. A role model and a mentor, Mrs. Lillian F. Parker continues to serve Iota Phi Lambda by promoting diversity and inclusion in our great sisterhood. |
