Our White Rose Queens
Mrs. Dorethea N. Horbuckle, National President
1991-1995
Mrs. Dorethea N. Hornbuckle joined Psi Chapter in
1974.  Mrs. Hornbuckle served as Psi Chapter President
and the Southwestern Regional Treasurer.  She also

President-Elect on the National level.  In 1991, Mrs.
Hornbuckle became our 16th National President.
During her term as National President, changes were
initiated that included the IOTA BOUTIQUE, the first
national initiative to increase membership, a new
member packet, a new convention format and a
Headquarters Office.

A gracious and elegant President, Mrs. Dorethea N.
Hornbuckle worked tirelessly and diligently to promote
the aims and ideals of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority.

She was committed to the Omega Chapter in May 2004.
Mrs. Lillian F. Parker, National President

Mrs. Lillian F. Parker joined Beta Delta Chapter in
1972.   1975, Mrs. Parker along with nine other

known for the technological advances of the
Sorority.

Mrs. Parker brought the Sorority into the 21st
Century with technology.  She encouraged each
Region and Chapter to develop websites to
promote effective communication.  Some of her
accomplishments include publishing the National
Call to Convention on the National website,
linking Regional and Local websites to the
National website, publishing Regional
Conference registration forms on the web, and
computerizing Iota's forms and documents.

A role model and a mentor, Mrs. Lillian F. Parker
continues to serve Iota Phi Lambda by promoting
diversity and inclusion in our great sisterhood.
