Iota Phi Lambda has three auxiliary groups, Iota Pelatai
Auxiliary, Men of Iota Auxiliary, and Future Iota Leaders.
The Iota Pelatai Auxiliary, formerly known as the Patroness
Board, is comprised of women who are interested in the
programs and projects of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority and desire
to assist the local Chapter.
The Men of Iota Auxiliary is comprised of husbands and
significant others of members of the local Chapter.
The Future Iota Leaders (FIL) are pre-teen and teenage girls
and boys who benefit from guidance and inspiration of positive
role models.
