The members of the Southwestern Region hold high the aims and ideals of our
founder, Lola Mercedes Parker. Our mission is to provide quality programs and
projects throughout the region that will promote the aims and ideas of Iota Phi
Lambda Sorority, Inc., with a determination to accept the responsibilities of
change that will enhance growth as established by the National thrust.
As Regional Director, I'm reminded of the saying that "A journey of a thousand
miles begins with one step." I want all of you on this journey - a journey to
success for Iota Phi Lambda Sorority.
